- For cancellations made more than 2 days before the excursion, 25% of the excursion price will be retained.
- For cancellations made 1 day before the excursion, before 18:00, 50% will be retained.
- For cancellations made 1 day before the excursion, after 18:00, 100% will be retained.
- In case of late arrival and missing the excursion bus, 100% of the excursion price will be retained.
