The hotel is located 110 km south-east of the airport of Heraklion, 10 km from the city of Irapetra.
Built in 1987, renovated in 2013-2015. In 2020 the common spaces in the main building of Kakkos Bay were renovated (Reception-Lobby bar- Restaurant-entrance). In 2021 11 bungalows were totally renovated. 9 Family rooms were renovated. During winter 2022-23 all remaining rooms of the hotel will be renovated.
