The hotel is located in Ammoudara, 6 km from the center of Heraklion city and 12 km west of Heraklion airport.
Built in 1978. All bungalows were renovated in 2017/2018. Premium Sea View room in main building 2024 & main building: Double rooms and Sea view rooms as well as some public areas renovated in 2025.
